Executive Management Board

Klaus Berka as founder and CEO of Analytik Jena AG is responsible for the corporate strategy, R&D and international activities.
Berka has held various positions in research and development at Carl Zeiss before founding Analytik Jena AG. He received an engineering degree with distinguished honors. Mr. Berka was responsible for the development of analytical systems that are used today by well known customers all over the world.

Jens Adomat is co-founder of Analytik Jena AG and as COO Deputy Chairman of the Executive Management Board.
His responsibility includes the operating departments, especially international manufacturing. Adomat has been one of the core developers of ESER computer systems at Robotron Leipzig and of the UV VIS spectroscopes by Carl Zeiss, that were recognized worldwide.

Stefan Döhmen, CFO, has extensive professional experience in the areas of finance, accounting and controlling at both national and international companies.
Following a business studies degree at WWU Münster, he was employed in various business administration positions in the Mannesmann group for ten years, over half of which were spent working as a controller in the USA.
Since 2006 he has managed the Finance, Group Accounting and Controlling activities of Analytik Jena AG.
